This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Android Mobile App ("we", "our" or "us") on the collection, use and disclosure of your information the Application and Services offered thereunder. This Policy is part of our Terms and by using the Application or the Services you (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" or "yours") signify your assent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, or with our Terms of Service, do not download, install and / or use the Application.

What information Do We Collect?

The information we gather enables us to personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services. We collect the information and the content that you provide to us when you use our Services, including when you sign up for an account on our Application, create or share content or communicate with others.

This information may include, IMEI number, device ID and ID that we may create and associate with our content, contact list, other apps on the device, location, call logs, access to files available on the device, SMSes, cookie information, information that you allow us to receive through device settings that you turn on such as the photos, camera etc., information relating to the mobile network or ISP, phone number, IP address, and other details. This information is used to facilitate collection of data concerning your interaction with the Services (e.g., what links you have clicked on and shared with others, including via email and social media), and to otherwise personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services. We may associate the information we collect by automated means with the device you use to connect to the Services, or email or social media accounts that you use to share our content.

Generally, the Services automatically collect usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to the Site or mobile application. We may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure. This type of aggregate data enables us and third parties authorized by us to figure out how often individuals use parts of the Services so that we can analyse and improve them.

How do we use this information?

How is this information shared?

When you share and communicate using our Application or Services, you choose the audience who can see what you share. Information that you share with a public audience as well as information in your public profile, or content you share on the Application, is available to anyone using our Services. In some cases, people you share and communicate with may download or re-share this content with others on our Services or third party platforms. When you comment on another person’s post or like their content, that person decides the audience who can see your comment or like. If their audience is public, your comment will also be public.

Other people may use our Application or Services to share content posted by you with the audience they choose. Also, when you comment on someone else’s post, your comment is visible to the audience that can see that other person’s content.

If the ownership or control of all or part of our services or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

We share information with third party service providers, who help us improve our Services e.g., partners providing analytics services and other support services, if any.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for practices employed by any websites or mobile applications linked to or from our Services. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third-party services. Hence, we encourage you to read applicable privacy policy on each website or mobile application that you visit.

Service Providers

We may use various third-party services to provide our Services and to understand the use of our Services. These third parties may have access to your information to the extent it is reasonably necessary.

Account Deletion

Any content posted by you will not be deleted when you delete your account and such content can be shared with third party apps.

Any changes in the Privacy Policy shall be posted on the Application to reflect changes in our policy so that the users are always aware of what information we collect, use, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose it. Users should periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Once posted, those changes are effective immediately. Continued access or use of the Application and/or the Services constitutes your acceptance of the changes and the amended Privacy Policy.
